07 / Good questions

Before we
work together.

What do we need to get started? Who approves posts? How do we find a sustainable rhythm? Here are the answers to the questions we hear most often.

Who is wirkt. for?

Businesses with plenty of relevant stories but no in-house editorial team, or too little time to prepare content regularly.

Do we have to supply new photos all the time?

No. Your own images are valuable, but we work with material you already have permission to use and plan realistically for anything new.

Is AI part of the service?

AI can help with ideas, variations, summaries and visuals. It is a tool, not the product or a substitute for real content.

Is it only about social media?

No. Social media is one possible channel. wirkt. also prepares company news, press content, website updates, images and short videos.

How does a working relationship begin?

With a conversation about your stories, existing content, goals and a rhythm that can realistically fit your business.

Who approves the content?

You have the final say. We review drafts with your contact before publication; you approve technical claims and company information.

What do you need from us to start?

A conversation about your business, existing channels and available material, plus a contact who can answer questions and coordinate approvals.

How often will we publish?

We agree a rhythm that fits your stories, goals and available resources. We discuss scope and channels together before ongoing support begins.

Still have a question?

More common questions

Your Google profile, reviews
and ongoing support.

Can you look after our Google Business Profile?

Yes, if it makes sense for your business. We review existing details, services, photos and posts, and agree changes with you. We update opening hours and contact details only from confirmed information.

How do you deal with critical reviews?

We read the feedback, check the facts with you and draft a measured response for approval. We do not manipulate reviews or promise to remove genuine criticism.

Do we have to keep supplying new stories?

No. Together we look for stories in projects, customer conversations, team events and existing material. One story can be adapted for several suitable channels.

Scope, effort and responsibilities

The practical questions
matter too.

What determines the price?

Above all, the amount of content, formats, existing material and time needed for review. A finished draft needs different work from a story that first has to be uncovered in conversation. We define the assignment before you commission us.

Can our marketing team handle publication?

Yes. If you want to manage the channels yourself, our work can end with approved copy and files. We can also agree that we publish on your behalf. Responsibilities and access are clarified in advance.

What happens if information is missing?

We bring the outstanding questions together and explain what is needed to finish. Sometimes existing material allows a different approach. Sometimes we need to reschedule. We discuss this instead of inventing missing facts.

Can we begin without a long-term arrangement?

A clearly defined one-time project can be a useful start. If it leads to ongoing support, we agree that scope separately. The proposal sets out the duration and other terms.

What about photos and customer names?

You tell us which material and information may be used for the agreed publication. This includes people shown in images, customer projects and confidential details. We clarify uncertain permissions before publication.

Do you guarantee reach or media coverage?

No. We can take responsibility for our editorial work, the quality of preparation and the agreed process. Platforms, audience reactions and decisions by independent media are outside our control.

Prefer to talk directly?

Bring us a
specific challenge.

We will look at where you are now and what next step makes sense.
