04 / Content production

From raw material
to something worth seeing.

A project photo, a short recording or a useful explanation from your team: wirkt. gives your material shape. We combine words, images and simple video formats to tell a specific story.

A short clip needs one clear idea and images that support it.

A schematic storyboard, not a finished video or client project.

What we take on

The right material.
The right form.

We start with what you already have and look at the story it can tell. If anything is missing, we say exactly what it is. That keeps the production effort clear.

Review and select

We organize photos, clips and notes around a topic. We look at clarity, quality, strength of message and intended use.

Prepare images

We choose suitable images and crops, make simple edits and prepare the selection for the agreed formats.

Edit short videos

From suitable material we make simple clips or reels, with a clear opening, logical sequence and agreed text overlays.

Reuse content well

One topic can work in several forms. We prepare words, images and short video excerpts for the agreed channels without repeating the same version everywhere.

A good place to start

What you can
give us.

Perfect source material is rarely essential. A clear explanation and usable original files often help more than a large, unsorted download folder.

  • Original photosWide view, working step and detail each show a different side of a story. Please share original files where possible, rather than heavily compressed messenger images.
  • Short, steady recordingsIndividual steps that viewers can follow often work well. Clear sound matters especially when someone is speaking.
  • The contextWhat are we looking at? What was the task? Who can answer factual questions? A few explanatory sentences save many follow-up questions.
  • Permission to use the materialTogether we check which people, projects, logos and details may be shown and whether the necessary usage rights are in place.

One topic, several possibilities

One project.
Three useful angles.

Imagine a team documenting a finished job with photos, short clips and an explanation. These could become three formats, each with a distinct purpose.

Illustrative working example, not a client project.

The image series

A sequence showing the starting point, a key step and the result. Short captions make the process understandable without industry knowledge.

The short clip

A strong opening, a few well-chosen shots and one clear point. The edit follows the story and the intended channel.

The website update

Copy explains the task, approach and result in more detail. One strong image adds to the story.

Photograph what explains something

The result matters.
The route there may matter more.

A finished product shows what you make. A detail from the process shows what it takes. A short clip can make a working step clear when a paragraph would feel too long.

We select material for the point it makes. We focus on things that can actually be shown: scale, working steps, surfaces, before-and-after views or a product in use.

We develop a manageable format from what you have. Where something is missing, we give specific guidance for extra shots, such as a steady wide view, a detail and a look at the result.

What your material can become

Every format
has a job.

Image series: explain a process

We select images, put them in a clear order and add short captions. A possible sequence: starting point, decisive step, finished result. Every frame should add something.

Short clip or reel: show one idea

We review suitable footage, edit the key moments together and add agreed text overlays. Working steps, brief explanations and focused glimpses are especially suitable. Clarity and a strong opening matter more than an excess of effects.

News image: show what the update is about

For a website update we choose an image that fits the occasion. Crop, brightness and simple corrections support the message. Important details and people remain visible in smaller previews.

Format variations: use a topic more than once

One image can be prepared for different placements. We check the crop, amount of text and readability each time. Aspect ratios, lengths and versions are agreed before production.

Turn files into finished content

A good assignment begins
with its intended use.

Where will the content appear?

Channel, placement and purpose determine the crop. A website image, an image series and a vertical clip each need different source material. We clarify this before editing.

What material can we use?

We look at focus, resolution, sound and subject matter. You clarify which people, customer projects or internal details may be shown. We gather missing information before development.

What will you receive?

You receive the agreed finished files, clearly named and assigned to their intended use. The number of variations, review process and any publication are set out in the scope.

Reuse content with a purpose

A completed project
can lead to more than one post.

Suppose your team has completed a project and photos are available. We clarify the result, people involved and permissions. Then we decide which versions of the material actually make sense.

Not every occasion needs every format. Audience, news value, available material and your approval decide.

Website update

A clear article explains the starting point, approach and result. It can later be adapted into a short case study, with everyone's approval.

Social and Google

A professional LinkedIn post, a visual Instagram glimpse and a short Google Business Profile post put emphasis on different parts of the story.

Newsletter and press

If the occasion supports them, we can prepare a newsletter paragraph or press release. Images and statements are selected and checked for each use.

How we work together

From a folder of files
to finished content.

We review your material, select what supports the story and prepare it for the agreed formats.

You provide original material and context, clarify rights and approve the final versions.

Set the goal

We clarify the topic, audience, channel and intended message. The format and material requirements follow from there.

Check the material

We review the files, make a selection and let you know if quality, rights or extra footage still need clarification.

Give it shape

We write, edit and cut within the agreed scope. A draft makes the structure and direction clear.

Finish

After your feedback, we make the agreed changes and provide the approved versions for use.

Good to know

The details
before we begin.

The right support depends on your business, the material available and your goals. We agree the exact scope before work starts.

Do we need a professional video shoot?

Suitable existing material is enough for many simple formats. If extra footage is needed, we discuss the effort and approach first. A full film production is not automatically part of this service.

What exactly are ‘simple video formats’?

Manageable clips or reels made from suitable material: selection, straightforward editing and agreed text overlays. Complex animation, elaborate shoots or special sound production are discussed separately.

Can content be used more than once?

Yes, when the material and rights allow it. We adapt length, crop, opening and words for each use. The assignment specifies which versions will be created.

Can you publish the content too?

Production provides the agreed finished content. Planning and publication can be part of ongoing editorial or social media support and must be expressly agreed.

The next step

Show us
what you already have.

We will look through your material together and discuss which content could usefully come from it.
